This firm was originally established in 1967 under the name of Snow Compton Smith & Associates and at that time was basically one of the original private valuation practices in Hawkes Bay. In the 1990's the name was changed to Snow Wilkins. We have been providing valuation and property advice to clients in all parts of the property market since this date.
In recent years Snow Wilkins experience in all things property has led to the company expanding its services to the specialist field of property development and project management throughout New Zealand.

A recent addition is Action Planning, Hawke's Bay's foremost private resource consent planning company. The success of Action Planning is in identifying land use opportunities that maximise the value of the land.
Snow Wilkins also has a main office in Hastings and service offices in Napier, Wairoa and Taupo and has in-depth property knowledge of the central North Island including Taupo, Hastings, Napier, Wairoa, Gisborne, Waipukurau and Dannevirke. |

Tim Wilkins - Managing Director

• Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Commercial Valuation & Property Management)
• Certificate in Plant and Chattels Valuation
• Member of the New Zealand Property Institute
• Registered Valuer
Tim is qualified and experienced in providing valuation and expert property advice in the fields of residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties. He specialises in the field of property development valuation and consultancy which he completes throughout New Zealand. This work ranges from small $300k to $100 million dollar developments. Tim also specialises in the field of retirement village and rest home development and valuation.
Tim is very much focused on results and outcomes for clients.

Kevin Wilkins

Kevin has been providing valuation and property advice to clients in Hawkes Bay for over 30 years. Kevin now specialises in the field of rural valuation. There is virtually no rural farm in Hawkes Bay Kevin has not been on. He is often called as an Expert Witness to Arbitrations and Court appearances. He also specialises in the field of development valuations and feasibilities.

Tracey has been at Snow Wilkins for 11 years and is an important member of the team. Tracey administers the accounts for over 10 companies and provides project management support for the Valuers and Property Experts within the business.

Support Staff
As with any good business good support staff is paramount to providing a successful product. Currently Snow Wilkins are supported by an additional five support staff and personal assistants who are experts in computer software, advanced computer valuation packages, research and market analysis. They also have a passion for ensuring all our clients get excellent service.
