Snow Wilkins was originally established in 1967 under the name of Snow Compton Smith & Associates. At that time it was one of the original private valuation practices in Hawke’s Bay. In the 1990's the name was changed to Snow Wilkins. We have been providing valuation and property advice to clients in all parts of the property market since this date.   

Our Services

Snow Wilkins’ experience in all things property has led to the company expanding its services to the specialist field of property development and project management throughout New Zealand. The firm has developed a reputation of successfully managing developments from the early stages of scoping out the viability of the project through to resource consent planning and managing subcontractors to completing the entire project to budget and more importantly to deadline.

Tim is qualified and experienced in providing valuation and expert property advice in the fields of residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties. He specialises in the field of property development valuation, consultancy and rural valuation. 

Tim’s qualifications include:
  • Bachelor of Agriculture (Valuation and Farm Management)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Commercial Valuation & Property Management)
  • Certificate in Plant and Chattels Valuation
  • Member of the New Zealand Property Institute
  • Registered Valuer
